No Refund Policy
Client acknowledges and agrees that once the Deposit has been transferred to Chronolux Australia Pty Ltd, there shall be no refund issued on the Deposit under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind.
The ONLY exception to this condition is that the watch fails authentication conducted by a certified watch maker, in which case the sale will be void and the deposit refunded in full to the client.
Authentication
Client acknowledges that the Watch may undergo authentication by a certified watchmaker prior to the finalisation of the purchase. In the event that the Watch fails authentication, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the Deposit.
Representation of Watch
Client acknowledges that Chronolux Australia Pty Ltd has provided photos of the Watch, which are representative of the condition of the Watch to the best of the purchaser’s knowledge. Client agrees that they have reviewed these photos and are satisfied with the condition of the Watch as depicted in the photos.
Transfer of Funds
Upon transfer of the remaining balance of the Purchase Price, Client agrees that ownership of the Watch shall be transferred to Client, and Client shall have no further claims or rights to refund or return the Watch, except as provided in Section 2.
Change of Mind
If the purchaser decides to cancel the purchase for any reason after the deposit has been transferred to Chronolux Australia Pty Ltd, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Chronolux Australia Pty Ltd shall retain the Deposit as compensation for lost opportunities and administrative expenses incurred in relation to the Event.
NO selling of the watch is to be done by Chronolux Australia unless full funds are transferred.
